Banned to Permitted

 

On Tuesday 16^th July 2013, Indian government removed ban from two important things by keeping ethics and patriotism aside. In first supreme court had removed ban from dance bar and in second one PM Mr. Manmohan Singh government had loosened up restrictions over foreign investment in defense and telecom. First decision increased “ire” in self-called moral defenders and second decision increased “fear” in self-called moral-defenders that once again India will go in control of East Indian Company. Then we have to think in detail about these two important topics.

SC lifts Maharashtra dance bar ban, says it is unconstitutional

 

 

                In 2005 Maharashtra government put ban over dance bar on which Supreme Court decided it was against constitution. Before that high court also made same judgment. Only those will follow decision of supreme government who at least has intellect and logic. Because the actual reason of Maharashtra government for banning the dance bar was foolish. Just because “RR Patil” wants it to be banned, in this way it happened and there was no support of any government rule. The complaint made was this dance bar breaking the ethics and Indian culture. This problem aroused due to bar girls who earned through dance and some other things which cannot be mentioned as per ABA. And therefore government decided to ban the dance bar. But government was not honest about this ethics. Because Government does not have any problem if this dance bar will be there in three star or five star hotels. This means we have to assume that this ethics related to financial condition. If we assume bar girls in non-rated hotels will create a problem like social state of our health, then how cant same will happen through three and five star hotel bar girls?? If we think Dance bar concept is wrong then this must be wrong in non-rated as well as three or five star hotels. Maharashtra government should know rules cannot be changed by financial conditions. And if we want to change the rules by financial condition then how many things will they change? If we consider the answer in assertive manner then will there be different rules for person who buys maruti and person who buys Mercedes?? That means actually this reason for banning the dance bar was wrong. Second reason government said, dance bars destroy many families. Because government thinks that, men get addicted to bar girls and they won’t pay attention to their families, and therefore dance bars should be banned. But every addiction is wrong even milk also. Then government has to ban milk also. In fact RR Aba is addicted to tobacco. Ajit Pawar taunted Aba many times over this addiction. Many have to face adverse effect of tobacco and for that treatment bucks got wasted. But why can’t we see tobacco addiction through ethical sight? And in fact rather than bargirls people got drunk there. Government can’t see that. What about liquor then? Also dance bar which aba wants to shut down, liquor sold to those dance bars is been made by Aba’s party colleague’s sugar factories, that government can’t see. People who complaining about these bargirls that because of them many families got destroyed but they don’t know these girls can’t get any source to earn. That’s why they choose this path.  In this condition the prime duty of government is to make better rule and compulsion to follow them with giving protection to these girls. Unfortunate thing about these moral-defenders that they actually make these bargirls realize, they are prostitutes.  So this means that government always had the weak side on ethical issues and after court’s decision it proved.

 

  Secondly in any modern city after considering the night entertainment, rules are been made. We don’t need this entertainment, we call these people hypocrite and there is no scarcity of this people. And we might not know the fact that politicians complaining about dance bars, when these people visit any foreign country they go to night clubs very often. That means like other cities in world we also have well controlled systems. But we don’t have that much honesty. That’s why we don’t have proper system for these issues. We can only make those rules which made to be broken and will take bribe that breaks it. This fraud has to stop. Before any strict rule from Supreme Court how can they ban any dance bar and rather banning we have to put some restrictions over dance bar. And just because Aba wants dance bars to be banned, it actually never banned. In this ban period aba’s co–operatives made an arrangement such that dance bars were never closed. And we all know this. The history says, ban cannot prove anything. In short, we have to create options for these bar girls so that they won’t dance in dance bar.

   

Door opened wider to FDI in economy firefight; 100% foreign investment in telecom sector

              

 

                In same time PM Manmohan Singh announced open foreign investment in defense and telecom. That means he is also hypocrite like those moral-defenders who complained to ban dance bars. And we all know defense and telecom are always been sensitive fields for every country and if foreign companies will invest into these then many secrets will be revealed. 2G and coal scam proved that, if we have secured and strong system still every single secret will be revealed very easily. This days satellites can track every single thing over land and any country having number of satellites will do that. So considering only reasons of secrecy and confidentiality we cannot reject foreign investment. Because this will show how illiterate we are. Today there are many streams which need more amount of capital and if we get it through dollars then what’s bad in that. Then we don’t have to protest foreign investment. And we have only one reason to comment over this. That is time. It’s of no use to take such decisions when our economic status is very weak. Coz it actually means, a person striving for his life and we provide him first aid box. At the end, the decision of Mr. Manmohan Singh is outdated but not wrong.
